About the Board members
All personal or business interests that may be perceived to influence their judgement should be declared. Such interests include involvement in the agriculture, food and related industries.
Declaration of interests and withdrawal from meetings are used to ensure Board members are not influenced, or appear to be influenced, by their private interests during their public duties.
