From 1 January 2005 the general right of access to information held by public authorities comes into force under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Food Standards Agency does make a large amount of information available. Our publication scheme will provide you with more details. You'll find a link to it at the bottom of this page.

Freedom of Information Act 2000 Publication Scheme
The FSA, along with every other public authority from November 2002, has a legal duty under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
