Control Plan for Salmonella in Pigmeat

This paper sets out the details of the Zoonosis National Control Plan for Salmonella in pig meat (ZNCPig), which was introduced on 1 April 2008 and which replaces an earlier scheme, the Zoonoses Action Plan, which was active from 2002 to 2008.
