Revocation of the residual beef bones controls

This paper discusses the revocation of the national ban on UK beef bones in manufacturing food products. The issue links to the Agency’s aim to deliver proportionate bovine spongiform encephalopathies (BSE) and transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSE) controls based on the latest scientific knowledge.
