Product recall of Kraft Dairylea Lunchable Stack 'Ems

Heads of Environmental Health Services and Directors of Trading Standards will wish to be aware of a product recall by Kraft Foods UK Ltd of a number of varieties of Dairylea Lunchable products due to the presence of small fragments of wire in the cracker biscuits contained within the products.

The wire is present because of an isolated manufacturing incident at a third party supplier.

Kraft Foods UK Ltd has issued a press release and a product recall notice in national newspapers which should appear on Saturday 16 August 2003.
