Product recall of Jordans Special Fruit Muesli due to the undeclared presence of nuts

W Jordan (Cereals) Ltd has recalled its own brand Special Fruit Muesli 750g due to inadvertent inclusion of nuts (including whole hazelnuts and brazil nuts).
The undeclared presence of these nuts makes this product unsafe for individuals who are allergic to nuts.
Jordans has undertaken a product recall of the affected item. Product recall notices have been placed in the national press as from today. These notices will advise customers of the reason for the withdrawal and the actions they can take if they have already purchased the affected product. In addition Jordans has also contacted the Anaphylaxis Campaign who will inform all their nut allergic members of the withdrawal via a mail shot.
