Wm Morrisons Supermarkets plc recall Morrisons prepacked salads due to salmonella contamination

Wm Morrisons Supermarkets PLC has recalled four of their own brand pre-packed salads, due to the detection of salmonella in a routine sample.
Wm Morrisons Supermarkets PLC has removed the affected products from sale and displayed point of sale notices in all stores. The notice advises consumers of the reason for the recall and the actions they should take if they have already purchased the affected product.
The products recalled are:
- Morrisons Bistro Style Salad Twin Pack 2 x 110g – Use By 14 June
- Morrisons Bistro Style Salad 185g – Use By 14 June
- Morrisons Cheddar Tomato and Egg Layered Salad – items purchased on or before 12 June
- Morrisons Layered Garden Salad – items purchased on or before 12 June
No other Wm Morrisons Supermarkets PLC products are known to be affected.
