Tesco recalls a batch of its Natural Seed Mix product due to salmonella contamination

Tesco has recalled a specific batch code of its Natural Seed Mix due to the presence of salmonella.
Tesco has recalled the affected batch from sale. Point of Sale notices will be displayed in Tesco stores from 1 November 2007. These notices will advise customers contact to the customer service desk to find out the reason for the recall and the actions they can take if they have already purchased the affected product.
The product recalled is:
- Tesco Whole Foods Natural Seed Mix 100g
- Batch code: L7243A
- Best before end: February 2008
No other Tesco products or batch codes are known to be affected.
