Waitrose Ltd has recalled its own-brand alfalfa seeds, due to the presence of salmonella in one batch.
Waitrose Ltd has recalled the affected batch and as a purely precautionary measure, one other batch as well. Product recall notices will appear in stores nationwide. These notices alert customers to the recall and advise them of what actions to take if they have purchased the product.
The product recalled is:
- Waitrose Ltd Alfalfa Seeds
- Best Before: 26/03/08 and 05/04/08
- Size: 150g
No other Waitrose Ltd products are known to be affected.
