Glasgow City instigated a recall of the product at all identified outlets within the City area and continues to monitor the ongoing operation. A distribution list has been obtained, which includes premises in North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire local authority areas as well as Glasgow City Council. Officers, however, believe that the product may have been supplied to additional premises which are not on the list. Therefore there is the possibility of product on sale outwith the Glasgow boundary.
The product appears to be distributed to newsagents and small independent convenience stores.
Other Good Foods products are not affected by the product recall.

If you have purchased this product, please do not consume.
Actions to be taken by enforcement authorities
As the product was handled and packaged in an unapproved establishment it does not comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 852/2004 (or Regulation (EC) 853/2004) and the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
If any of this product is found during routine inspections, enforcement officers should ensure that it is withdrawn from sale and destroyed, if necessary using powers under the Food Safety Act 1990 and Regulation 27 of the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
