The Authority's Strengths

Food & Food Premises Complaints - These have been followed up in accordance with the Authority's procedure. Records of complaints are very comprehensive.

Facilities & Equipment - A procedure is in place.

Liaison with Other Organisations - The Authority has in place arrangements for liaison with other appropriate bodies.

Feedingstuffs - The Authority is addressing its responsibilities for feedingstuffs enforcement.

Follow up to Year 2 Non Conformances

Service Plan - A general Service Plan has been produced which does not cover all areas required by the Service Planning guidance. However the internal Food and Health & Safety Service Plan, which is currently being developed and the newly produced Trading Standards Animal Feeds Service Plan, will address this.
