The Authority's Strengths

Service Plan – A corporate Service Plan has been produced which generally meets the requirements of the standard.

Facilities & Equipment – The Authority has made available all necessary equipment to permit all activities associated with the Service to be carried out. A procedure is in place, which covers calibration and maintenance of equipment.

Food & Food Premises Complaints – These have generally been followed up in accordance with the Authority's procedure.

Liaison with Other Organisations – The Authority has in place arrangements for liaison with other appropriate bodies.

Feedingstuffs – The Authority has started to address its responsibilities for feedingstuffs enforcement.
