Food Complaints - These have generally been followed up in accordance with the Authority's procedure. Records of complaints are comprehensive.

Liaison with Other Organisations - The Authority has in place arrangements for liaison with other appropriate bodies.

Feedingstuffs - The Authority is addressing its responsibilities for feedingstuffs enforcement.

Areas for Improvement

Service Plan - A performance review based on the Service Plan has not yet been carried out.

Facilities & Equipment - A procedure is in place, however the equipment register has not been kept up to date as required by the 'Procedure for the Control of Inspection Measuring and Test Equipment.'
