Internal Monitoring - A procedure is in place, however it does not cover monitoring of the quality and nature of inspections.

Food Hazard Warnings - A procedure has been produced, however the response and outcome has not always been recorded.

Documented Procedures - The Authority's document control system did not ensure that up to date documents were available or that superseded documents were removed from use.
