Food Service Plan - A Food Service Plan has been produced which generally meets the requirements of the standard.
Facilities & Equipment - The Authority has made available all necessary equipment to permit all activities associated with the Service to be carried out.
Feedingstuffs - The Authority has started to address its responsibilities for feedingstuffs enforcement.
Complaints Against the Service - A policy and procedure is in place.
Key areas for improvement
Food, Feedingstuffs & Food Premises Complaints - There is currently no documented policy and procedure for dealing with food, feedingstuffs & food premises complaints.
Feedingstuffs - The Authority needs to review its procedure for dealing with applications for registration and approval.
Feedingstuffs Service Plan - The Authority needs to produce a service plan that includes feedingstuffs.
Facilities & Equipment - Appropriate calibration certificates should be retained for all area offices.
