Terms of reference for the FHRS/SotD Interim Implementation Group

To provide advice and guidance on the integration of functionality from the ‘scores on the doors’ website service to the IT platform supporting the national Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) for Scotland, specifically to:

• identify functionality provided as part of the SotD service not yet available on the FHRS/FHIS IT system
• consider which elements of this functionality could and should be provided as part of the FHRS/FHIS IT system
• identify issues relating to the FHRS/FHIS IT platform which will require on-going consideration
• consider whether any additional support is required by local authorities using the enhanced IT platform
