Details of the Local Authority Enforcement Monitoring System (LAEMS) Joint Working Group, including agendas, papers and minutes of its meetings.

Terms of reference

To advise the Food Standards Agency on issues relating to LAEMS, and to consider in particular:

  • the data to collate and publish
  • the most effective way to provide LAEMS data to loca authorities
  • operational issues on LAEMS, and any improvements necessary in light of feedback on the experience of the first returns for 2008/09
