The changes to the Code published in April 2015 included:
- Revised arrangements for food establishment registration and inspection of mobile food establishments, ships and aircrafts.
- Revised competency and qualification requirement for authorised officers.
The Food Law Code of Practice can be accessed in a web-based format (see below). Authorities are advised to refer to this online version of the Code to ensure they have the most up-to-date guidance.

Please note that the changes are being underpinned by a revision to the supporting Food Law Practice Guidance, which is currently being revised and therefore yet not published.
