The review of the food law enforcement monitoring system will be based on a three-part structure: the Performance Strategy Group, the Monitoring System User Group, and a Project Management Board.

Monitoring System User Group
The Monitoring System User Group will consider detailed issues on the monitoring system, and on the form which local authorities use to provide information to the Agency. It comprises the Agency, LACORS and a larger number of operational level officers from local authorities.
Project Management Board
The Project Management Board is charged with driving the monitoring system review project forward, working on the principles of project management. It is an internal Agency body, but with the added presence of and contribution from Mark Du Val of LACORS.

Performance Strategy Group
The Performance Strategy Group (PSG) is a working group composed of senior officers from local authorities, representatives from both LACORS and professional groups and officials from the Food Standards Agency.
