The Meat Hygiene Service is committed to providing excellent customer service. In order to continually improve our services we use a number of communication channels to engage actively with our customers and stakeholders. One of the methods of obtaining feedback from food business operators is by way of our annual industry satisfaction survey.
The survey gives us a regular update on the issues most important to food business operators, a measure of how successfully we deliver our services and an opportunity to make specific business process improvements.
