Guidance for caterers
The Agency has produced practical guidance, including weekly example menus, to help caterers across the UK provide food that meets the nutritional needs of adults (for example in, workplace canteens, hospitals, prisons, local and central Government) and older people in residential care homes.

What's cooking? is a guide to setting up and running community and school food clubs. It's aimed at anyone who would like to help young people learn more about food and about how to prepare and cook healthy and appetising meals.

The aim of 'Get Cooking!' is to provide trainers with a toolkit to teach young people, broadly between the ages of 14 and 25, some basic cooking skills in a community setting.

FSA Wales Awards for Food Action Locally
Food Standards Agency Wales runs the annual Awards for Food Action Locally (AFAL) scheme to recognise individual or team contributions to local nutrition initiatives that have made a positive impact on the diet or eating habits of residents in the communities where they work.
