Programme review
Wednesday 29 January 2003
The Food Standards Agency is reviewing the work of its Food Authenticity and Labelling Programme.
As part of this process those interested in this area are invited to a one-day meeting to look at and discuss the programme's different elements and plan for the future.
Discussions will review the development of different techniques for analysing food content and how successful they have been, plus research needs for the future. There will also be a discussion of new techniques that have potential for authenticity research.
Attendance is free but as places are limited those interested need to register. Full details of the event and the registration address can be accessed below.
