Stakeholder update Scotland on new food contact materials regulations

Food Standards Agency Scotland has updated stakeholders about new European legislation on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. The new regulation came into force on 3 December 2004, except for Article 17, which applies from 27 October 2006. The regulation is directly applicable in all EU Member States
