Food safety help for Scottish caterers
Wednesday 28 January 2004
Food Standards Agency Scotland is organising two one-day conferences, in Stirling and Nairn, to help caterers improve food/management standards. Both will include information about HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), the food safety tool set to become a legal requirement in Scotland in 2006.
The conferences are being hosted by the Scottish Food Advisory Committee, set up to advise the Agency on food safety and standards issues affecting Scotland.
