Aldi recalls Pasteria pasta

Aldi Stores Ltd have recalled various Pasteria Italian Semi Fresh pasta products due to the presence of Bacillus cereus.
The Food Standards Agency has issued a Food Alert for Information.
The products recalled are:
- Pasteria Italian Semi Fresh Tortelloni Prosciuto 250g
- Pasteria Italian Semi Fresh Tortelloni Cheese and Spinach 250g
- Pasteria Italian Semi Fresh Ravioli Funghi 250g
The codes recalled are all codes with best before dates of:
- 10/12/2005
- 10/01/2006
- 14/01/2006
No other products or codes are known to be affected.
Aldi Stores Ltd, which imports the products under licence, have undertaken a product recall of the affected items and will be placing product recall notices in national newspapers as of 4 November 2005. In addition, point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all Aldi stores. People who have bought the products can return them to the Aldi store they bought them for a replacement or refund.
