Hygiene and speciality cheese making training for enforcement officers

Training is available to local authority food law enforcement officers responsible for the inspection of premises producing speciality cheeses in England. The course is part of the continuing programme of quality update training for enforcers at a cost that is affordable to local authorities.
The course is not available for the general public, students or consultants.
Each local authority within whose area there is one or more cheesemakers is invited to apply for a place on this course. The course is practical in content and is restricted to only twelve local authority places that will be allocated to officers based on the information provided on the application form.
This date and location of the course are:
- 23�26 October 2006 at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, Cheshire
Delegates will pay £105 (plus £18.38 VAT) which includes overnight accommodation and meals and their own travel costs to and from the venue.
