Scottish guidance issued on ceramics

The Food Standard Agency Scotland has published guidance for food businesses and local authority food enforcement teams on the Ceramic Articles in Contact with Food (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The new regulations come into force on 20 May and replace the Ceramic Ware (Safety) Regulations 1988.
