Cadbury Trebor Bassett recalls Easter chocolate products

Cadbury Trebor Bassett has recalled its own brand chocolate Easter products and Cadbury Dairy Milk originals due to cross-contamination with hazelnuts.
The Food Standards Agency has issued a Food Alert for Information.
The affected products may contain hazelnuts, but these are not declared on the label, which makes them unsafe for people who are allergic to nuts.

No other Cadbury Trebor Bassett products are known to be affected.
Cadbury Trebor Bassett has undertaken a full product recall of these products. Product recall notices will appear in the national press from 10 February 2007. The notice explains the recall and says that anyone who bought these products can get a refund.
In addition, Cadbury Trebor Bassett has been in contact with the Anaphylaxis Campaign and Allergy UK, who will be allerting their members via a mailshot. Cadbury Trebor Bassett has also set up a customer helpline on 0800 818181.
