Science to the fore in latest FSA News
Friday 16 November 2007
The November issue of FSA News, which has been published and is available online, focuses on the Agency’s use of science. News stories include the launch of the Agency Chief Scientist’s first annual report, and the appointment of the first Chair of the Agency’s General Advisory Committee on Science, which will oversee the Agency’s use of science.
An article on the Agency’s science blog takes readers through a typical discussion featuring people's comments.
And for more science-based readers there is also a four-page supplement including the latest science news, a profile of the Spongiform Encephalopathy Advisory Committee, and the latest research reports available in the Agency’s Information Centre.
The November newsletter also contains news of activity in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the English regions.
