TRS Wholesale recalls sesame seeds

TRS Wholesale Co. Limited has recalled some of its hulled sesame seeds product because of the presence of salmonella. Salmonella is a bacterium that can cause food poisoning. The Agency has issued a Food Alert for Information.
The company has recalled the affected batch from sale. Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in its stores explaining why the product has been recalled and the actions customers can take if they have bought the affected product.

- Best before: July 2009
No other TRS Wholesale Co. Limited products or batch codes are known to be affected.
