Campina UK recalls Yazoo milkshakes

Campina UK has recalled Yazoo brand Banana, Strawberry and Chocolate flavour milkshakes because the lids are not sealing properly. The Agency has issued a Food Alert for Information.
Products
The products being recalled are all date codes of:
- Yazoo 500g (475ml) Banana
- Yazoo 500g (475ml) Strawberry
- Yazoo 500g (475ml) Chocolate
The lot codes affected end in the letter ‘K’ which can be found on the neck of the bottle. Only 500g Yazoo products with the K-code are affected by this recall.

Campina UK Ltd has recalled the affected products from sale. Product recall notices will be published in the national press and the trade press today, 28 November 2008. These notices explain why the products have been recalled and advise customers to ring 0800 988 4034 for a full refund.
