FSA e-News – taking our wares 'to market’
Monday 22 November 2010
There’s a bit of ‘street cred’ in this month's issue of FSA e-News, with a report on the Agency’s 'Street Market Chefs' TV programme that is helping to get food safety messages across to new audiences of home cooks.
And, for those with a more professional involvement in the enforcement of food safety, there are details of the 3 December ‘Future Food Hygiene’ conference that will be highlighting best practice and gathering expert opinion from across the globe.
This month’s FSA e-News also publishes the findings of an independent assessment by the General Advisory Committee on Science that validates the 2009 Agency-funded research on the nutritional content of organic food.
Reports from FSA Scotland and the latest research published by the Agency round off the November issue.
