Tesco recalls one batch of its own-brand Flaked Pudding Rice due to the presence of undeclared wheat (gluten)

Due to a production error one batch of the above product may contain wheat which is not declared on the label. Therefore, this is a potential health risk for individuals who are allergic or intolerant to wheat or gluten.

The company has recalled the affected batch from sale and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations which will inform their at-risk members of the recall. Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all stores to alert consumers.

No other Tesco products are known to be affected.

Customers with an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten are advised not to eat this product.
