Sainsbury's recalls one date code of their own brand Breaded British Pork Schnitzels due to undeclared milk

Some packs of the above product contain milk due to a packaging error. Due to this error, milk has not been declared in the labelling information or on the allergen label. This means the product should not be consumed by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to lactose or milk.

Sainsbury’s is recalling the affected product from sale. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations who will inform their at-risk members of the recall.

No other Sainsbury’s products are known to be affected

Customers who are allergic or intolerant to lactose or milk are advised not to consume this product. Customers who have purchased the affected product should return it to their nearest Sainsbury’s store.
