Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc recalls certain batches own-brand fresh carrot cake due to a packaging error resulting in a potential allergen issue

Some batches of the above product have been incorrectly packaged with chocolate cake that contains soya. Soya is not declared in the ingredients list. Therefore the product with the date codes mentioned below should not be consumed by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to soya.

Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc is recalling the product with the affected date codes from sale. Customers with an allergy or intolerance to soya are advised not to eat this product. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisation, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall.

No other Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc products are known to be affected.
