Citizens' forums report: expanding food hygiene information

The Food Standards Board agreed in November 2011 that consumer views should be captured on the active publication of accessible information on food and feed business compliance. This consumer research also explored the consumer view on extending the scope of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, and the Food Hygiene Information Scheme in Scotland, to include all food establishments in the UK.
