Chemical Hazard Identification and Risk Surveillance Group (CHaIRS)

CHaIRS provide a forum for government organisations to share information in relation to chemical contamination incidents with the objective of improving communication and facilitating risk management.

The Food Standards Agency chairs the meetings of the group and provides the secretariat. The group’s terms of reference, membership and minutes of meetings can be found below.
