Action taken by the Company:
Halewood International Ltd has withdrawn the affected batch from sale. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the withdrawal. This particular batch of product was supplied exclusively to Co-operative stores. Notices will be displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the withdrawal and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product.
No other Julienas/Halewood International Ltd products are known to be affected.
