Food Safety Week 2010
This year's Food Safety Week focuses on the actions that people can take at home to prevent food poisoning from camplyobacter: cooking thoroughly and avoiding cross-contamination.
We have developed a new campaign toolkit containing key messages, ideas for running events in your local area, a template press release and a list of resources.
We have also developed new resources, including recipe cards incorporating food hygiene messages and a food hygiene quiz. These can be handed out or used as part of an event or presentation.
