EU Harmonised survey of Listeria monocytogenes in a range of ready - to - eat foods
Following Directive 2003/99/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 November 2001 on the monitoring of zoonoses and zoonotic agents, Member States are required to assess the prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in 3 ready-to-eat food categories.
