Portrait of Hayley Campbell-Gibbons, a FSA Board member.

Hayley Campbell-Gibbons has worked for over fifteen years in the food and farming sector. Most recently, Hayley was a non-executive board member of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, where she stayed for three years. Prior to that Hayley was a chief policy adviser at the National Farmers’ Union, where she worked for over ten years leading the trade association’s lobbying, policy and strategy work in the dairy and horticulture sectors. During that time, Hayley was appointed to represent the NFU on the board of the Gangmaster’s Licensing and Abuse Authority (GLAA). Hayley holds a Masters Degree in rural policy, writes regularly for the agriculture trade press, and now runs her own policy consultancy business in the agri-food sector.
