List of establishments approved for the production of sprouts.

Sprouts are products obtained from the germination of seeds and their development in water or another medium, harvested before the development of true leaves and which are intended to be eaten whole, including the seed.

Establishments producing sprouts are required to meet the requirements of Regulations (EC) No 852/2004 and (EU) No 210/2013.
