NutriPlan is recalling NutriPlan Vitamin and Mineral Enriched Meal in a Drink because it contains milk and soya which are not clearly mentioned on the label. In addition, the product incorrectly states that it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance.

This means the product poses a health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, and/or an allergy or intolerance to wheat or gluten. The product is only sold through IKEA stores.
Cuisine Solutions Ltd is recalling two products - Cake Club Carrot Cake because it contains milk, wheat, egg and walnuts, which are not correctly declared on the label. Also recalled is Cake Club Chocolate Fudge Cake because it contains milk and soya which are not correctly declared on the label.
Lidl is recalling Connell Bakery Wholesome Seed and Grain Sliced Pan because it contains soya which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.
