Accessible restaurants – and hot dogs
With the Paralympics in full swing, the FSA has published a special edition of its Play it Safe newsletter for stakeholders.
This edition features an interview with Abiye Cole, owner of Big Apple Hot Dogs, as he talks about how he keeps food safe on his mobile food stall. The newsletter also features advice on making restaurants accessible for everyone, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
The newsletter, designed for stakeholders such as food businesses, catering groups and tourism organisations, can be found below, along with more information on the Play it Safe campaign.
