Gender Pay Gap legislation introduced in 2017 requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap data annually.

We are committed to minimising the gender pay gap, our approach to pay seeks to reward all staff fairly, regardless of gender. The report lays out an in-depth analysis of the Food Standards Agency’s gender pay gap and offers a number of actions to improve it.
