Latest issue of Bite magazine published
The latest issue of Bite magazine, which is available online, looks at the contribution science can play in meeting the food safety challenges of the future.
Into the great unknown
As someone once famously suggested, there are 'known knowns', 'known unknowns' and 'unknown unknowns'. Food safety science could be said to be tackling all three, by coming up with new approaches to 'known' problems and using blue skies thinking to anticipate 'unknown unknowns'.
Issue 9 of Bite is packed with cutting edge articles, including interviews with Government Chief Scientist Sir John Beddington and with Professor David Boxer from the Institute of Food Research.
Don’t venture into the great unknown without reading this issue of Bite.
