Sushi Daily recalls its Sushigari (ginger) because it may contain small pieces of glass

Sushi Daily is recalling a batch of its Sushigari (ginger) sold in jars at their kiosks in some Waitrose and Sainsbury’s stores because the product may contain small pieces of glass. The presence of glass makes this product unsafe to eat and presents a safety risk.

If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund or call the Sushi Daily helpline on 0203 006 7896.

Action taken by the company

Sushi Daily is recalling the above product. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.
