Heathwick Ltd is recalling Saugatuck Brewing Co. Neapolitan Milk Stout and Blueberry & Maple Stout because they contain milk and oats (gluten) which are not mentioned on the label. This means these products are a possible health risk for anyone with coeliac disease, an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/ or oats (gluten).

Action taken by the company

Heathwick Ltd is recalling the above products from customers and has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company has also issued a point-of-sale notice to its customers. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the products. Please see the attached notice.

Our advice to consumers

If you have bought the above products and have coeliac disease, an allergy or intolerance to milk and/or oats (gluten) do not drink them. Instead return them to your nearest Home Bargains store for a full refund or contact info@heathwick.com.

About allergy alerts

Sometimes there will be a problem with a food product that means it should not be sold.
