Background

We are seeking views on a proposal which would amend domestic TSE legislation in England and Wales to:

  • implement a number of amendments to the EU TSE Regulation in domestic TSE legislation
  • implement amendments to domestic legislation which would provide better value for money for the taxpayer and remove gold plating.
