We are committed to ensuring that all policies, decisions and advice are based on the best available scientific evidence and analysis, from a range of different sources.  The principles and guidelines aim to summarise expectations for the standard of evidence sent to us by third parties which falls outside of standardised processes, and outline the way in which that evidence will be assessed.

The consultation will run for four weeks from 22 March 2021 to 22 April 2021.
